في رأيي (fi ra'yi) — in my opinion
أعتقد أن (a'taqid anna) — I think that
أتفق معك (attafiq ma'ak) — I agree with you
لكن (lakin) — but
لذلك (li-dhalik) — therefore

Grammar tip

إنّ and أنّ: After أعتقد أنّ (I think that), the following noun takes the accusative case: أعتقد أنّ الطقسَ جميل.
