Use the present simple for habits and routines.
Adverbs of frequency: always, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, never.
They go before the main verb: I usually wake up at 7.
With "be", they go after: She is always late.

Third person -s: In present simple, add -s for he/she/it: she wakes, he commutes.
