Shopping vocabulary:

Combien ça coûte ? — How much does it cost?
C'est trop cher. — It's too expensive.
Je cherche... — I'm looking for...
Vous avez...? — Do you have...?
Je prends ça. — I'll take this.
Puis-je essayer...? — May I try on...?

Clothing sizes:

Quelle est votre taille ? — What is your size?
Ce n'est pas ma taille. — It's not my size.
Trop grand/petit — Too big/small

Payment:

Vous acceptez la carte ? — Do you accept card?
Je paye en espèces. — I pay in cash.
Avez-vous le ticket de caisse ? — Do you have the receipt?

Grammar tip

Demonstrative adjectives: ce/cet/cette/ces mean "this/these". Use ce before masculine nouns, cet before masculine nouns starting with a vowel, cette for feminine, ces for all plurals. Adding -ci or -là after the noun specifies "this one here" vs "that one there".
